1. No Refund Policy
All purchases of a Net Bar license are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your macOS version (please verify compatibility before buying)
- Features not meeting your expectations
- Accidental purchase
- Unused license period
2. Before You Buy
We strongly encourage you to review all product details, feature descriptions, and system requirements on the Pricing page before making a purchase. If you have any questions prior to buying, please contact us at hello@netbar.xyz.
3. License Key Issues
If you did not receive your license key or have lost it, we will resend it at no charge. This is not a refund — the purchase remains final. Use the Recover License Key page or email hello@netbar.xyz.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us first will result in immediate revocation of your license key. We encourage you to reach out before disputing a charge.
