1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate delivery of the license key, all sales are final and we do not offer any refunds. Once you purchase a Net Bar license, the transaction cannot be reversed.

2. Why No Refunds?

Net Bar is a digital product that provides immediate access upon purchase. The license key is delivered instantly, and you gain full access to all features immediately after payment. Since digital goods cannot be returned, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

3. Before You Purchase

We strongly encourage you to review all features and functionality on our website, ensure your Mac meets the system requirements (macOS Sonoma 14.0 or newer), read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and contact us at hello@netbar.xyz if you have any questions before purchasing.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. Once payment is confirmed, your license key is immediately generated and delivered. This instant delivery is part of the reason we cannot offer refunds.

5. License Transfer

While we do not offer refunds, your license is valid for the lifetime of the product. You can use it on the number of devices specified in your purchase tier (1, 2, or 5 devices). Licenses cannot be transferred between users.
