1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Net Bar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer of Net Bar ("I", "me", or "my") regarding your use of the App.
2. License Grant
Upon purchasing a Net Bar license ($6, one-time payment), I grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on one (1) Mac computer that you own or control.
If you own a second Mac, you may request an additional activation by emailing hello@netbar.xyz with proof of ownership (e.g., system info screenshot or purchase receipt). I will verify and activate your second device at my discretion.
The license is issued to you as an individual and is non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer the license key to another person.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sublicense, resell, or share the App or your license key with any other person
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App (except where expressly permitted by applicable law)
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
- Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the App
- Use automated tools to generate or test license keys
4. Payments & Billing — Lemon Squeezy
All payments for Net Bar licenses are processed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), a third-party payment platform operated by Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases, meaning they are legally responsible for processing your payment, issuing your receipt, and handling applicable taxes (including VAT/GST).
By completing a purchase you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. I do not store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy's secure infrastructure.
Your license key is delivered automatically to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive it, you can retrieve it at any time at pay.netbar.xyz/billing.
5. Refund Policy
Because Net Bar is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, I offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the App does not work as described on a supported macOS version and the issue cannot be resolved. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Affiliate Program
Net Bar operates an affiliate program hosted on the Lemon Squeezy platform. By joining the program you agree to these Terms as well as Lemon Squeezy's Affiliate Terms.
Key terms of the affiliate program:
- Affiliates earn a commission of $1.00 per successful, non-refunded sale attributed to their unique referral link.
- Commissions are tracked and paid out by Lemon Squeezy on NET30 terms — for example, sales in January are paid around March 15th to allow for the refund window.
- A minimum unpaid balance of $10.00 is required before a payout is initiated.
- Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords (e.g., "Net Bar") in paid search advertising.
- Affiliates may not engage in spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, or any deceptive promotional practices.
- I reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account and withhold unpaid commissions if fraud or policy violations are detected.

7. Updates & Continued Development
License holders receive all future updates to Net Bar at no additional cost for as long as the App is actively developed. I reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice.
In the unlikely event that Net Bar is discontinued entirely, existing license holders will be notified by email and will retain access to the last released version.
8. Intellectual Property
Net Bar and all associated logos, branding, and content are the intellectual property of the developer. Your purchase grants a license to use the App, not ownership of it. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware configurations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the App, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
My total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license ($6.00 USD).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
12. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, I will make reasonable efforts to notify active users by email.
