1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Net Bar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase of a Net Bar license ($6, one-time payment), Net Bar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on one (1) Mac computer that you own or control.
If you own a second Mac computer, you may request to add one additional device to your license by emailing proof of ownership (e.g., system information screenshot, purchase receipt) to hello@netbar.xyz. We will verify your request and activate your license on the second device.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the App or your license key
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (except as permitted by law)
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Share your license key with others outside your personal use
4. Updates
License holders receive all future updates at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or improve any aspect of the App at any time.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Net Bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
